David Gunther is a Vice President in Colliers International’s Bellevue, WA office. He concentrates on landlord and tenant representation within King, Pierce and Snohomish counties.

By combining his strong work ethic and market knowledge, David executes complex assignments to develop real estate solutions that meet clients’ operational and financial goals. His prior career as a Wall Street analyst at both Bloomberg and Moody’s Investors Service allows him to provide clients with the true financial cost and value associated with leases and purchases.

Outside of work, David enjoys the outdoors and holds certifications from the National Outdoor Leadership School, an organization that focuses on leadership skills, technical outdoor skills, and environmental ethics.  He also volunteers with Outdoors For All Foundation, a non-profit whose mission is to enrich the quality of life for children and adults with disabilities through outdoor recreation.
